Welcome to Cornerstone Acupuncture!
The body has a tremendous capacity for healing, but life can bring challenges that require extra support. Japanese Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine are powerful tools to help you move past those challenges. Feel free to call and ask questions about how acupuncture can help you achieve your goals for health.

Japanese Acupuncture ~ Gentle, comprehensive treatment styles from Kiiko Matsumoto and Yoshio Manaka. These styles can be particularly helpful for chronic and complex health conditions, including those affecting the structural, digestive and immune systems of the body.
Shonishin Japanese Acupuncture for Children ~ Most of the techniques in this system of acupuncture are non-insertive (no needles!). Light, rhythmic touch is used on specific acupuncture points or along entire sections of the head, torso and limbs.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ~ Nutrition, Self-Care & Supplement Recommendations. TCM's diagnostic framework is helpful for fine tuning how you nourish yourself in your day to day life. Many of the recommendations within TCM can be easily incorporated into other health regimens, such as specialized diets.
Other Techniques ~ Acupressure, Moxibustion, Tuning Forks, and more. Acupuncturists receive training in a variety of supplemental techniques. These techniques are added to the treatment according to the needs of each patient.
